“The City of Dallas is making free period products, including pads and tampons, available at many of our public facilities through an initiative called Period Access Dallas (PAD). We are pleased to say that products are available at the West Dallas Multipurpose Center. If you are unable to access or afford period products, please come by to receive feminine products of your choice. Complete the request card found in the restrooms and at the front desk and present it to front desk staff at the West Dallas Multipurpose Center.
